Overview

The goal was to help legal professionals work faster by automating tasks, reducing manual data entry, and improving decision-making. They needed a way to connect their AI assistant with two major legal platforms so lawyers could get real-time AI insights while handling cases.

The problem was that the current software wasn’t built for AI and didn’t support the level of automation they wanted. Our job was to build secure and smooth integrations, make sure data moved between systems in real time, and keep everything stable and compliant with legal standards.

Our approach

Solution

We started by analyzing the API documentation for both legal platforms. This helped us design a system that could move data efficiently without slowing down case management. We built secure API connections so information could flow both ways between the AI platform and the legal software. The AI backend was built in .NET and the frontend in React.js.

To make sure the integration was rock solid, we ran performance tests and simulated different legal workflows to catch any issues before launch. We also wrote clear technical documentation so the client’s team could manage the system without headaches. After the integration went live, we stayed on board for support and monitoring to keep everything running smoothly.
