Yes, we sign a mutual NDA before any discovery call upon request, at no cost. Simply mention NDA in your inquiry and we will send our standard template, or we can use yours. All project discussions, documents, and source code are protected under strict confidentiality clauses throughout and after the engagement, in line with GDPR and international data protection standards.
Project estimates are based on detailed scope analysis, including features, integrations, expected traffic load, security requirements, team composition, and engagement model. After our discovery call, you receive a written proposal within 3 to 5 business days containing a feature breakdown, hourly rates, fixed or time-and-materials pricing options, delivery timeline, and risk assessment.
You own 100 percent of the source code, design assets, documentation, and intellectual property created during the engagement. Ownership transfers to you upon invoice payment and is formalized in the master service agreement. We never claim shared rights, licensing fees, or reuse privileges on client code, and all repositories are handed over with full commit history.
Your dedicated development team can begin within 48 hours of signed agreement and initial payment. We run team assembly, kickoff planning, and access provisioning in parallel to eliminate onboarding delays. The first working sprint typically starts the same week, with a formal project kickoff meeting introducing all developers, the delivery manager, and the communication workflow.
